Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions

q) When I register I can not select the grade I am in. How do I do this?
a) You can't. Your grade is determined by the organisers based on your QRE and tournament scores

q) Why are all the events in Victoria?
a) It's just getting started. We want to begin with the venues in a central location and then slowly expand them out. We are hoping that in 2012/2013 we will have a 4 state series as well as a Victorian series, and quite possibly even more series in other states.

q) Will you be increasing the prize money?
a) Yes, however at the start we do not want to charge huge entry fees, however are hoping to increase prize money through sponsors.

q) Why do you have just one recurve division but 2 compound?
a) Numbers. We will not be setting divisions and hoping they are filled, rather will expand and contract divisions as demand warrants it. If we get many recurvers enter, then we can have graded divisions. If B grade does not receive many entries, then we will drop that, etc etc. Nothing is set in stone and expect the event to evolve and change as needed.

q) Why do you have an event on a public holiday in 2011?
a) Purely to fit a third event into the calendar for 2011. With most weekends filled, it was a rare opportunity.
In 2012 we will have the events spaced out over a 12 month period, and not on public holidays.

q) What's happening with teams?
a) No teams for 2011, however we will experiment with it and possibly have an official teams event for 2012
