330 Grade: 660+ Ranking shooters. Top class and given major props.
310 Grade: 620-660 level shooters.
200 Grade: 400-620 level shooters
Shooters must be graded at a QRE or tournament that year.
If the tournament is a FITA then we halve their FITA round. Or in the case of women combine the 70m and 50m.
If archers have not been graded then they are graded at their first NAS match ranking round.
Archers who are placed into 330 grade can request in writing to be bumped down to 310 grade if they feel they are ranked too highly.
Archers who start in 310 grade but start shooting 330 grade scores will remain in 310 grade for the duration of the series and will be upgraded the following year.
Only an 330 grade shooter can be deemed NAS Champion
A shooter can request to be upgraded to higher, but in doing so loses their points.
Shooters will have their previous year's results taken into account.
